Copyrights & Trade Patents
We will not reproduce any copyrighted material without proof that the client holds the necessary reproduction rights. A copy of this documentation must be provided. Once an order is placed, the client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that third-party rights are not violated. The client agrees to release us from any third-party claims regarding copyright or trademark infringements.
Payment Terms
Prices for garments may vary due to supplier price changes. However, our quotes remain valid for 30 days. We prefer payments via bank transfer but also accept all major debit and credit cards (except American Express) through a secure payment gateway. For online orders, payments are processed via Stripe at the time of ordering. Rest assured, we do not store any payment details. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We also accept cash payments, but not cheques. All orders must be fully paid for before production begins. Corporate clients with approved credit agreements are subject to 30-day payment terms, and any overdue accounts will incur a 12% monthly interest charge. Account customers are required to settle invoices within 15 days, and late payments are subject to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 2002.
Collection & Delivery
Customers can arrange to collect their orders from our office at Neptune House, Merlin Quay, Hazel Road, Woolston, Southampton, SO19 7GB. Deliveries via courier incur a small charge and include tracking. Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control. Note: We do not use Evri or Yodel services.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if goods, materials, or artwork have already been ordered. Cancellations, if approved, will incur charges for goods and materials procured. The Thread Studio UK Ltd is not the manufacturer of garments and, therefore, does not offer warranties on garment quality. Buyers acknowledge and agree to these terms, and any warranties are excluded from the contract.
Miscellaneous
Please carefully check sizing and product guidelines before placing your order. We cannot accept returns due to customer sizing errors. Sizing details are provided at the quoting stage, and variations in size (within 2 inches) and colour (due to manufacturing processes) are common across brands.
We are not responsible for spelling or logo errors made by the client if the artwork has been approved and signed off. Visual representations of logos are for guidance on colour and placement but may not exactly match the final product. For best results, artwork should be submitted in high-quality vector format. Please see our Artwork Guidelines for more details.
When caring for branded garments, follow the branding care instructions, not the original garment care label. Wash items inside out at no more than 40°C, avoid tumble drying, and do not iron directly over printed logos.
